Amazonz respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on Amazonz infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our designated agent that includes: (1) a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (2) the URL or location of the infringing content; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised; and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include: (1) identification of the removed content and its prior location; (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake; (3) your name, address, and phone number; and (4) consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion.
